Terms and Conditions

The Terms and Condition have an effect when the Company announce it on the website or by email.
The Company could change the Terms and Conditions without pre-notice when they have an inevitable reason. In this case the company will announce the change though service.
Users can request withdrawal of membership when they does not want to agree with the changed Terms and Condition. In the case that an user didn't request withdrawal of membership within 10 days from the day when the changed terms and condition became effective, the user would be considered that he or she agrees with the changes.
